CAREERS AT ALODEN

Build software that has to work in the real world.

Join a team that brings product, design, engineering, and AI together. You will help define the problem, build the software, and see how it performs when people use it.

PRODUCT-FIRSTAI-NATIVECROSS-FUNCTIONALPRODUCTION-MINDED
01Close to the problem

Context is part of the work, not a handoff document.

02Working product early

We learn faster when ideas become something real.

03Accountable to production

The work has to operate, not only demonstrate well.

WHY ALODEN

Understand the problem. Help shape the solution.

Work alongside the people designing and building the product. You will have the context to question assumptions, explain tradeoffs, and take responsibility for your contribution.

01OWN THE OUTCOME

Your work stays connected to why it matters.

You are expected to understand the user, business context, tradeoffs, and production consequences—not only complete a narrowly defined task.

02WORK ACROSS DISCIPLINES

Product, design, engineering, and AI stay in one conversation.

Good decisions happen faster when the people shaping the experience and the people shaping the system work together.

03USE AI SERIOUSLY

AI is part of how we build—and part of what we build.

Use AI tools to explore and build, while understanding the code, checking the results, and protecting data. Tools support your judgment; they do not replace it.

04STAY CLOSE TO PRODUCTION

Quality includes what happens after the demo.

Reliability, observability, accessibility, performance, integration behavior, and safe failure are part of the engineering standard.

THE WORK

Work on products with problems worth solving.

Our work includes new applications, existing platforms that need improvement, and AI-enabled workflows. You will build features, connect systems, and test what happens beyond the expected path.

01New intelligent products

Turn an idea, opportunity, or difficult business problem into a product with the right experience, architecture, and intelligence from the beginning.

02Software ready for what comes next

Modernize important applications, platforms, APIs, data flows, and experiences without throwing away what already works.

03Agentic, voice, and workflow systems

Connect models to context, tools, permissions, systems, evaluation, and human judgment so intelligence can take useful action.

Domain depth matters too. Our work includes healthcare and complex workforce operations where software has to handle real operational constraints.

HOW WE SHOW UP

How we work together.

Ask questions, explain decisions, share progress, and raise problems early. Good work depends on how the team collaborates as well as what each person builds.

01Be curious

Ask enough questions to understand the real problem instead of solving the first version of it.

02Be clear

Explain decisions, uncertainty, tradeoffs, and risks so the team can move with shared context.

03Care about craft

Good work is thoughtful in the details—from code and architecture to interaction, documentation, and handoff.

04Take responsibility

Own the result, surface problems early, and stay engaged until the product behaves the way it should.

EARLY CAREER & UNIVERSITY

Show us how you build, not only what is on your résumé.

Hackathons, internships, and early-career programs give emerging builders a chance to show what they can do. Share a project, explain your contribution, and tell us what you learned.

Early-career inquiries: [email protected]

Program dates, eligibility, and selection steps are confirmed by HR. Participation, rankings, or certificates do not guarantee employment.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A few practical answers.

How do I send my résumé?

For a specific opening, choose Apply for this role so the job reference is included. You can also email a PDF or DOCX résumé to [email protected] with the role title and reference.

Are the talent areas current job openings?

The talent areas describe our work. Only the roles listed under Current Openings are published vacancies. Select View role and Apply for this role to attach that job reference to your application. You can also submit a separate general introduction.

Can students and recent graduates get in touch?

Yes. Ask about early-career or university opportunities and share a course project, personal build, or hackathon contribution. HR will confirm any available program, its dates, eligibility, and selection steps. Participation does not guarantee employment.

Are roles remote, hybrid, or office-based?

Working arrangements, eligible locations, employment type, compensation, and benefits depend on the specific opportunity. Ask HR for the details of the role you are discussing; this page does not promise a company-wide arrangement.

Can I share work made with AI tools?

Explain your contribution, which tools you used, and how you checked the result. Be ready to discuss the decisions and code. Follow the instructions given for any assessment; ask the hiring team when the permitted use of tools is unclear.

What should I leave out of an introduction?

Do not send government ID numbers, banking details, medical records, passwords, or confidential client code. Use a non-confidential project summary when you cannot share the original work. For website information, read our privacy notice.

How do I ask a question or discuss an accessibility need?

Email [email protected] and describe the help you need; do not include medical documentation in an initial email. You can also use this address to verify an unexpected recruiting message before sharing personal information.
